Laura R. Naylor is the Senior Director of Client Experience at Hemenway & Barnes. She works closely with firm management and partners to foster meaningful and lasting relationships with clients. With a focus on enhancing the client experience, Laura develops and implements client service and practice innovation initiatives.

Laura is experienced at building and leading high-performing teams and managing executive relationships for global client engagements. At Hemenway & Barnes, she leads cross-departmental teams and directs the firm’s business development, and marketing and communications efforts.

Prior to joining the firm, Laura was the Senior Director Global Alumni Engagement at Harvard Business School, working to foster greater alumni connection to students and faculty and within the broader alumni community. Much of her career has been in the services industry where she worked closely with colleagues to ensure excellence in delivery and created programs for driving growth across the full client lifecycle. Understanding the functional and emotional needs of diverse constituents and innovating to serve them in a relevant manner is a specialty area that has been a consistent focus. Laura has an MBA from Columbia Business School, is active in the community and has served on several nonprofit organizations.
