Speakers:
Brad Bedingfield is chair of the nonprofit group at Hemenway & Barnes. He advises nonprofits and board members on governance matters, guiding charities and other nonprofits through formation, reorganizations, mergers, affiliations, and dissolutions.
Eleanor Evans is counsel at Hemenway & Barnes. She advises boards of directors and committees on governance matters including: board roles and responsibilities, fulfillment of fiduciary duties, board member recruitment and engagement, navigating the board-staff relationship, and compliance with conflict of interest and other board policies.
Susan Ogrodnik-Smith is President of the Private Client Group at HUB International New England. She has 30 years of experience working directly with families and focusing on their unique personal insurance needs.
Melissa Straka is Senior Vice President at HUB International. She has 30 years of experience in the industry and manages the marketing of HUB New England's Non-Profit and Commercial clients; she is also a coverage analyst for Education and Non-Profit clients.
