Eleanor Evans to Speak at CAPLAW 2025 Training Conference on Legal Issues in Nonprofit Governance

Eleanor Evans, Partner at Hemenway & Barnes, will be presenting at the CAPLAW 2025 National Training Conference on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 2:00–3:15 PM ET. Her session, “The Legal Nuts and Bolts of Nonprofit Board Governance,” will explore key legal responsibilities of nonprofit boards and offer practical guidance for board management and oversight. Eleanor is the former Executive Director and General Counsel of CAPLAW, and served as General Counsel of ABCD, one of the largest Community Action Network providers in New England.
