Practice Focus

Emma Wright is an associate in the Private Client Group at Hemenway & Barnes.  She advises clients on sophisticated trust and estate planning strategies.

Emma is experienced at providing counsel to domestic and international high net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, charitable giving and tax planning.  She is also experienced at managing complex estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings.

Prior to joining Hemenway & Barnes, Emma practiced in the trusts and estates group at an international law firm.  After graduating from Providence College (summa cum laude and valedictorian), Emma went on to serve as a cultural ambassador teaching English and American Studies in a high school in Bavaria, Germany.  She then went on to obtain her JD from Boston University School of Law, where she graduated at the top of her class and summa cum laude.
