Dylan O’Sullivan is an associate in the Litigation Group at Hemenway & Barnes. He counsels clients on a broad range of issues, including government, administrative and election law, business litigation, probate litigation, and nonprofit representation.
Before joining Hemenway & Barnes, Dylan served as a law clerk for Justice Neyman on the Massachusetts Appeals Court. As a student at Northeastern University School of Law, Dylan served as a legal intern in the Litigation Group at Hemenway & Barnes, as a judicial intern to Chief Justice Gants on the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and as a Rappaport Fellow in the Massachusetts Office of Senate Counsel.
Prior to law school, Dylan worked as a legal assistant in the Office of Legal Counsel of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and as a constituent services director in the office of U.S. Representative Seth Moulton.
