Arthur B. Page joined our firm in September 2008, bringing with him 30 years experience and an outstanding reputation as a trusted advisor.

As co-chair of the Nonprofit Group, Art also provides general counsel for colleges, foundations, public charities, and other nonprofit tax-exempt organizations. His emphasis in this area is on planned giving services. In addition, he serves as a trustee, and provides financial management for individuals and charitable foundations through the firm's Trust Department.

His practice also includes estate and business planning for families and high net worth individuals. His team handles sophisticated estate administration issues, addressing tax, fiduciary and family issues.

  • Art has been active in a number of bar and professional activities. He is a member of the American, Boston, and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the Planned Giving Society of New England, the National Association of College and University Attorneys, the Association of Governing Boards and the Boston Economic Club.
