Watch Diane Tillotson’s Argument Before the Supreme Judicial Court

On April 2, 2019, Diane C. Tillotson and M. Patrick Moore represented McLean Hospital before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in the matter of The McLean Hospital Corporation v. Town of Lincoln. At issue is whether the hospital’s proposal to operate a skills development program in a residential location constitutes an educational purpose making it exempt from town zoning laws under the Dover Amendment.
