Johanna W. Schneider is co-moderating the Boston Bar Association webinar "Zoning for Climate Change in Boston" on January 21, 2022.

About the Program

From Net Carbon Building Zoning to Green Buildings to Coastal Flood Resilience, in the last few years the City of Boston has increasingly sought to address climate change through new zoning and other ordinances that will require new development to be more proactive in addressing how the built environment impacts climate. This program will provide an overview of these initiatives, with a focus on how to advise clients who are in the planning and permitting stages of a new development or redevelopment on how to incorporate the new requirements into their projects.
