Please join us in welcoming Cody Zane to Hemenway & Barnes. Cody joins our growing real estate practice as an associate.

Cody has more than five years of experience representing clients in commercial real estate matters. His experience includes acquisitions and sales, development, foreclosures, leasing and financing. He also advises clients on condominium law in Massachusetts. Cody has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.

As a member of the Business Law Group’s real estate team, Cody will advise businesses and nonprofit organizations in commercial real estate matters ranging from leasing of office and retail space to multifamily housing developments. He will also assist individuals, families and trusts in the purchase and sale of residential and vacation properties.
