Eleanor Evans to Present at 2022 CAPLAW National Training Conference

Eleanor Evans, Counsel in the Nonprofit Group, will be presenting a session on Strategies for Super Subrecipient Relationships: Different Strokes for Different Public CAAs at the 2022 CAPLAW National Training Conference June 29, 2022.

Eleanor is the former Executive Director and General Counsel of CAPLAW, and served as General Counsel of ABCD, one of the largest Community Action Network providers in New England.

CAPLAW is the national legal expert for the Community Action network. Through consultations, training and resources, it equips Community Action Agencies (CAAs) with the knowledge and tools to operate as accountable and effective change agents. CAPLAW also provide guidance to federal, state, and national Community Action partners on legal and financial issues affecting CAAs. CAPLAW is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit membership organization.
