Diane Tillotson Named to 2019 Lawyers of the Year List by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly has named Diane C. Tillotson and M. Patrick Moore to its 2019 Lawyers of the Year list. The list recognizes 15 attorneys for their significant accomplishments in 2019. Diane and Pat were selected for their work on the McLean Hospital v. Town of Lincoln case in which the Supreme Judicial Court ruled in favor of

Diane and Pat’s client, McLean Hospital, clarifying the education use exemption under the Dover Amendment.

Pat Moore concentrates his practice in complex business, administrative, land use, and appellate litigation. A former attorney in the White House and Massachusetts Governor’s Office, Pat is an experienced advocate and counselor on sensitive issues of public importance.

Diane Tillotson’s advises on a broad range of land use litigation and permitting matters, including zoning and environmental litigation, boundary and easement disputes, contested land court registration cases, land damage cases and tax abatement and exemption issues.
