Brad Bedingfield and Eleanor Evans to Co-Host Webinar on the CARES Act and Nonprofits

Hemenway & Barnes attorneys Brad Bedingfield and Eleanor Evans will participate in a webinar panel discussion hosted by Cambridge Community Foundation and Hemenway & Barnes on the CARES Act and its implications on nonprofits.

The webinar will be a moderated Q & A session on the CARES Act, including applications for the Paycheck Protection Program and Economic Injury Disaster Loans.

Brad Bedingfield is Chair of the Nonprofit Group at Hemenway & Barnes and is Co-Chair of Cambridge Community Foundation’s Professional Advisors Council and CCF general counsel. His practice concentrates on representing tax exempt organizations.

Eleanor Evans is counsel at Hemenway & Barnes and a member of the firm's Nonprofit Group. She has over 20 years’ experience representing nonprofit organizations in a diverse range of legal, governance and compliance matters.
