Aaron is an experienced leader focused on driving and aligning HR strategy with business goals. With extensive expertise in talent acquisition and development, benefits administration, and enhancing organizational capabilities, he is well-equipped to lead the HR team. In this role, Aaron is responsible for overseeing the firm's HR strategies, cultivating a positive work environment, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.

Prior to joining Hemenway & Barnes, Aaron served in senior HR roles in various industries. Aaron received his JD from Northeastern University with a concentration in Employment and Labor Law. He also has professional certificates in Human Resources Management, Data Analytics, and Immigration Law from Wharton School of Business.
