Steve Mangold is an Associate in the Business Law Group at Hemenway & Barnes with a focus on real estate transactions. He advises and represents businesses and nonprofit organizations on real estate and corporate matters including development, leasing, financing, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, managing due diligence, and coordinating closings.
