Will & Trust Drafting Master Class 2016

Live Webcast

Hemenway & Barnes partner Joan Garrity Flynn will be a faculty member of the “Will & Trust Drafting Master Class” organized by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE).

In this program, veteran practitioners address advanced issues in drafting wills and trusts, focusing on the finely-tuned nuances and strategies that distinguish an outstanding drafter. They offer seasoned advice and practical insight on a wide range of drafting matters, such as how to increase and limit trust flexibility, how to address the risks inherent in trust administration, and how to draft new and technical fiduciary powers. Joan will specifically address drafting tax clauses.

The webcast will be recorded and rebroadcasted on 10/19/2016.
