Will & Trust Drafting Master Class 2015

Hemenway & Barnes partner Joan Garrity Flynn was a faculty member of the “Will & Trust Drafting Master Class” organized by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE). The class will be rebroadcast as one of the best-attended MCLE Seminars from Fall 2015.

Good estate planning requires the constant honing of drafting skills, especially with regard to wills and trusts. It is vital that estate planners know how to draft these instruments in a manner that communicates clearly and effectively and also fulfills their clients' needs and wishes. Knowing the basics of drafting and keeping abreast of federal and state law changes is an important start, but knowing finely-tuned nuances and strategies is what really distinguishes an outstanding drafter.

The class will be broadcast Thursday, April 14, and again on Thursday, April 21. For more information, please click here.
