Hemenway & Barnes partner Tom Guidi will present at the Essex County Community Foundation 2017 Institute for Trustees. He will lead the workshop session “Nonprofit Governance: The Letter of the Law and the Inside Track” which will address what the law says about governance and share some practical advice on how to limit liability and make the most of board service. The Institute for Trustees is an annual educational and networking conference for board members, prospective board members and executive directors of nonprofit organizations.
