About the Program

This 90-minute program will offer a comprehensive overview of the basics of the Fiduciary Litigation Session (FLS). This program will offer participants the unique opportunity to hear from the Hon. Elaine Moriarty, the presiding judge of the FLS and other court personnel about transferring cases to this session of the Probate Court, practicing before the FLS, and the future of this pilot session of the Probate Court.

During this program, you will learn about:

  • The background, creation and vision of the FLS
  • Standing Order 2-17
  • The procedural requirements to get a case reassigned to the FLS
  • Practice pointers
