"You Missed the Voter Registration Cut Off Date? Too Bad" describes a Massachusetts law dating back to 1893 that requires eligible voters to register to vote 20 days before an election and a constitutional challenge to that law currently before the Supreme Judicial Court. A ruling is expected this summer.
