Nate McConarty to Present at the BBA’s Exempt Organizations Fundamentals Series: Governance and Fiduciary Duties on January 25

Nathan N. McConarty will present at the Boston Bar Association’s “Exempt Organizations Fundamentals Series: Governance and Fiduciary Duties” on Friday, January 25, 2019.

The course is the fourth session of an eight-part Fundamentals Series on public charities and private foundations. The series provides a basic overview geared toward new attorneys (or those attorneys new to the practice area) on forming, operating and dissolving a tax-exempt organization in Massachusetts. This program provides the basics of the laws and rules on governance and fiduciary duties.

Nate is co-chair of the BBA Tax-Exempt Organizations’ Communications Sub-Committee.
