Leni Nulsen Joins Hemenway & Barnes


Please join us in welcoming Leni B. Nulsen* to Hemenway & Barnes. Leni joins the firm Leni B. Nulsonas an associate in the Business Law Group. She advises clients in all stages of their corporate growth, including commercial transactions, financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

Prior to joining Hemenway & Barnes, Leni was a contract analyst at Harvard Business School Publishing. Leni began her career at a top-tier international law firm as an associate in the firm’s real estate group. During law school, Leni was a legal intern for the New York City Law Department, and later served as a law clerk for the United States Senate Committee on Rules & Administration. Leni received her JD from Georgetown University Law Center and her BA (cum laude) from Cornell University.
