Brad Bedingfield to Present at the BBA Trusts & Estates Mid-Year Review

Hemenway & Barnes counsel Brad Bedingfield will present at the Boston Bar Association’s annual Trusts and Estates Section Mid-Year Review. The program will provide updates on recent federal and state case law, legislation and tax law matters.

Brad, who serves as Co-Chair, Public Policy Committee, Trusts & Estates Section, BBA, will provide a survey of bills currently filed in the Massachusetts legislature that may affect the Trusts & Estates Bar, with a special focus on a proposed bill pertaining to access to digital assets (RUFADAA).
