Brad Bedingfield and Sarah Waelchli will present "Stretching While Secure: Estate Planning and Charitable Giving With Retirement Assets" as part of the Planned Giving Group of New England's Technical Tuesday programs on October 26, 2021.

About the Program

Passage of the SECURE Act in December 2019 required fundamental changes to how estate plans handle interests in retirement plans. Meanwhile, Congress is now threatening to make new changes affecting retirement assets.
