Hemenway & Barnes partner Joseph Bierwirth is a faculty member of the 18th Annual New England Estate Planning (and More) Conference 2017. This Conference comprises three tracks: the Estate Planning track, The Trust & Estate Administration track, and the Fiduciary Litigation track.

Joe will speak on “Thinking Strategically About Jurisdiction and Venue” within the Fiduciary Litigation track. He will comment on jurisdictional issues in the Sumner Redstone litigation in Norfolk Probate Court, 2016.
