The Trust has supported a broad range of organizations in the fields of education, children and youth, health and welfare, the environment, the arts, and social justice. The geographical focus is generally northern New England and Massachusetts. The Trustees seek to award grants where a small grant can make a demonstrable difference, and therefore are more likely to fund local or regional groups, rather than national organizations, as well as organizations with annual budgets below $500,000.
Applications to the Jane B. Cook 1992 Charitable Trust are invitation only and are considered twice annually. The Trust does not accept unsolicited proposals and does not have published guidelines.
If you think your organization might be a fit with the Jane B. Cook 1992 Charitable Trust’s interest please contact Gioia Perugini at gperugini@hembar.com for more information.
