Richard Tougas’ Comment on Trends in Trusts and Estates

“As a tax advisor, it is important to be proactive and in constant contact with our clients. While the foundations of trust and estate planning remain constant, new tax rules, changes in technology and new legislative trends make our jobs more complex than ever. In order to be successful, we need to stay ahead of the trends and communicate these issues to our clients so that we can design solutions that meet their needs in a tax sensitive manner.”
