Hemenway & Barnes partners Mark Elefante, Teresa Belmonte and Nate McConarty will be the featured speakers at the November 2016 seminar presented by the New England Corporate Counsel Association (NECCA). They will speak on Contract Drafting: Tips and Pitfalls.

NECCA, a Massachusetts non-profit corporation, is a membership association of in-house/corporate counsel primarily from Massachusetts, although in-house/corporate counsel from other New England states are encouraged to join. NECCA meets monthly from September through June for a seminar on legal issues and topics of common interest, and for members to share resources and to network.
